This page will chronicle, support and celebrate the effort of VISTAs (Volunteers in Service to America) as they work to make a Century Worth of Mentoring happen for New York State Children of Promise - children of incarcerated parents in and around the community of Rochester New York.
Each year, starting in summer of 2008, a pair of VISTA's will work with our outreach team to bring together the community interest and support for us to match up to 100 children of promise a year.
Learn more about this opportunity or contact Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Rochester Executive Director, Jeff Newland with questions. (jnewland@bbbsr.org)
